Warranty & Complaints
We care about our products and of course do our utmost to deliver them to you in top condition. However, an order can break during transport or something else can happen that entitles you to a warranty. Nikup gives a six-month warranty on the jewelry and accessories from the date of purchase. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair the product free of charge or find a replacement for the product.
Contact Nikup via the contact form , by e-mail or by text ( Whatsapp ). Nikup determines whether the warranty applies and the method of possible repair and shipping. If the defect is covered by the warranty, I will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
Please note: the warranty does not apply to:
» discoloration of the metal due to contact with moisture, perfume and/or other cosmetics;
» wear, damage or breakage of jewelry or parts due to improper use, because the jewelry has been dropped or has gotten caught on something;
» discoloration or wear of wire/cords.
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@nikup.nl.
Consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform."
